The Rock Box

The Renn Rock Box is built from impact resistant HARDOX 450 plate, enabling the box to withstand the extreme wear and tear of more rugged materials such as boulders and demolition debris.

HARDOX wear steel has a high and uniform hardness. This enables the steel to resist wear very effectively and have much higher resistance to sliding wear than ordinary steels.

During tests, Hardox 450 showed significantly less dents and drop damage than regular steel. During the testing, it was repeatedly exposed to impacts from a 300 kg weight dropped from a height of 2 meters.
